POSITION TITLE: Dreams Fulfillment Officer

LEVEL: Supervisor

REPORTS TO: Cluster Head

SUPERVISES: None

JOB PURPOSE

Responsible for the growth of branch sales through dealer recruitment, execution of intentional activities, training, and coaching of new and existing dealers. Works closely with the Cluster Head, Happy Customer Supervisor, Happy Customer Retention, Great Life Executives, Directors, Managers, and Builders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Ensures achievement of sales, recruitment, and progression targets.
  • Executes branch Intentional Activities for sales generation and dealer engagement activities.
  • Ensures daily monitoring of KPIs using available tools through the Sales Web platform.
  • Completes daily IA Tracker via iCheck.
  • Updates dealers on existing and upcoming programs from the Marketing Division and Dreams Fulfillment Department (DFD).
  • Conducts all training programs from the Commercial Operations Training Division for existing dealers, ensuring call-to-action follow-through, updated training materials, and functional training tools.
  • Coaches existing dealers on dealer group management, dealership progression, and achievement of personal vision and goals through Heart-to-Heart discussions.
  • Responsible for promoting out and sourcing Great Life Managers or Directors.
  • Ensures intentional activities are conducted as per schedule and guidelines, including appreciation meetings, recruitment initiatives, grand recruitment day, regular sales meetings, fun days, progression days, and bingo days.

  • Progression meetings

Ensures quality (CER) and continuity (retention) of new recruits, collaborates with the Happy Customer Supervisor to resolve dealer concerns, determines root causes of recurring issues, and recommends actions. Also, secures compliance on sales and administrative reports, supports special projects like Suyod, and performs other tasks as assigned.
