Qualifications:
- Graduate of Business Management, Marketing Management, Real Estate Management, Accounting or any business-related course
- With at least one (1) year experience in the field of Real Estate and Sales, but fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
- Must be willing to work at our DMCI Homes Sales Office and Showroom -The Esplanade, Salinas Drive, Lahug, Cebu City
- Preferably with experience in handling brokers or sellers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assists applicants under Cebu Inhouse and Cebu Brokers Divisions with all accreditation-related concerns.
- Organizes sales activities and recruitment events such as Open House and General Assembly for Cebu Brokers Division and Cebu Inhouse Division
- Assists Cebu Brokers and Cebu Inhouse Sellers with new reservation by providing project information, pricelists, sample computations, and all other sales related concerns and inquiries.
- Evaluates and endorses requests, ensuring complete documentation is forwarded to the appropriate department within 2–3 working days upon receipt.
- Ensures the accurate and timely submission of all required documents for account closing for both Cebu Brokers and Cebu Inhouse sellers.
- Conducts monthly documentation and project presentation with brokers
- Manages the processing of seller allowances and contract renewals.
