General Admin Supervisor

- Develops plans and schedules for the timely and efficient implementation of the company's various office maintenance and housekeeping functions and acts as the company's principal liaison officer with the building administrator for the following: Office Housekeeping and Janitorial Services, A/C Maintenance and Repairs, General Office Refurbishing Works, etc.
- Supervises the efficient implementation of the company's office housekeeping and janitorial services and ensures that maintenance schedules are properly observed to avoid work disruptions.
- Supervises the general maintenance and repair/replacement of office furnitures, fixtures and equipment.
- Maintains the company's communications equipment and ensures its efficient utilization and proper maintenance.
- Supervises the efficient day-to-day implementation of fleet services and ensures that these are in compliance with the company's policies and prioritization guidelines.
- Formulates and periodically updates the company's guidelines for the implementation of courier and messengerial services and ensures that effective internal controls and proper acknowledgment for the delivery and dispatch of mails, documents, pouches and etc., to internal and external parties are in place.
- Monitor and negotiate office rental contracts, including parking lease agreements.
- Track and report the company's fuel consumption.
- Monitor and report departmental expenses on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Administration or any related business management course.
- At least three (3) years of solid experience in general administration, covering areas such as fleet management, messengerial services, housekeeping, communications/telecom, property and asset management, and revolving fund operations. Strong contract negotiation skills are essential.
- Strong supervisory competencies in the areas of organization and leadership development, coaching and mentoring and situational assessment skills.
- With excellent people skills and adept in dealing with people across the different levels of the organization.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Highly organized and possesses customer service/relations skills.
- Willing to work in Makati.
