About the role

Polystar General Services Inc. is seeking an experienced Multi Skilled Technician Supervisor to join our team in Makati City, Metro Manila. As a full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the maintenance and repair operations for our diverse portfolio of real estate properties.

What you'll be doing

  1. Supervise and coordinate a team of multi-skilled technicians responsible for performing a range of maintenance and repair tasks across our properties
  2. Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure the efficient and timely upkeep of all building systems and equipment
  3. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing hands-on support and guidance to the technician team as needed
  4. Monitor and report on the performance and productivity of the maintenance team, identifying opportunities for process improvements
  5. Liaise with property managers, tenants and external service providers to address maintenance concerns and coordinate project work
  6. Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
  7. Contribute to the development of maintenance-related policies, procedures and training programmed.

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 1 year experience as a multi-skilled technician or supervisor in the facilities management or property maintenance industry
  2. Strong technical skills and expertise in the maintenance and repair of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical and general building fabric
  3. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, with the capacity to diagnose and resolve complex issues
  4. Proven supervisory and team leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and develop a skilled workforce
  5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders
  6. Familiarity with relevant health, safety and environmental regulations and best practices
  7. Proficient in using maintenance management software and other relevant technologies
