Role Overview:

DigiAssets is an Israel-based digital marketing company specializing in SEO operations for clients across various industries. We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistants from the Philippines to provide operational support for our SEO projects. No prior SEO experience is required – we provide complete training. What we value most is your ability to learn quickly, stay motivated, and handle tasks with accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

-Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to Israeli project managers

-Assist with recurring tasks such as content uploads, reporting, data entry, and process monitoring

-Follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures with precision

-Communicate effectively in English with team members and managers

-Organize, prioritize, and complete tasks within deadlines

-Support SEO campaign implementation and monitoring

-Maintain accurate records and documentation

-Handle data entry and analysis tasks using various online platforms

Mandatory Requirements:

-Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) – MUST

-Fast learner with exceptional attention to detail

-Highly motivated and eager to grow in digital marketing

-Tech-savvy and comfortable with online platforms and tools

-Reliable, responsible, and consistent in delivering quality work

-Available to work Sunday - Thursday, 7:00-15:00 Israel time

-Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred Skills:

-Experience with WordPress, Excel/Google Sheets, or similar tools

-Previous virtual assistant or online work background

-Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts

-Familiarity with content management systems
