Role Summary

Join our marketing team as a AI Growth SEO & Content Specialist. This hands-on, mid-level position is responsible for establishing and scaling our organic SEO footprint throughout Southeast Asia, leveraging both advanced technical SEO and AI-driven, programmatic strategies. The role is based on-site in either the Philippines, Malaysia, or Vietnam and requires experience in at least one local Southeast Asian market.

Responsibilities


• Strategize and execute scalable programmatic and technical SEO initiatives to drive growth in organic traffic and domain authority for Kredit Hero.


• Own keyword research, site audits, crawl optimization, internal linking, and structured data implementation across platforms.


• Optimize the sites for core web vitals, mobile performance, and search indexability, collaborating with product and engineering teams as needed.


• Publish and optimize high-impact blogs and informational resources using AI/automation-first workflows.


• Analyze SEO results and generate actionable insights, prioritizing improvements and reporting growth and conversion impacts.


• Identify and seize growth opportunities from long-tail keyword expansion, new product launches, and competitive landscape trends.

Requirements


• Demonstrable hands-on experience in technical SEO and growth strategy, ideally within SEA fintech, SaaS, marketplace, or finance sectors.


• Experience designing and operating AI/automation-driven content workflows; ability to scale blog/informational content efficiently.


• Fluency in English, plus working experience and local market expertise in either the Philippines, Malaysia, or Vietnam.


• Proficiency in using SEO analytics and performance platforms (Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.).


• Strong collaboration and communication skills, including presenting findings and insights to the founding and product teams.


• On-site role, must be located and legally able to work in the Philippines, Malaysia, or Vietnam.
