Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to our website.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical SEO audits.
• Manage and optimize our presence across key social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram.
• Create engaging and relevant content for all outgoing marketing materials, including social media posts, website content, and email campaigns whilst adhering to our company's style guide.
• Design and execute monthly email marketing campaigns using HubSpot.
• Utilize HubSpot extensively to manage marketing activities, track performance, and generate reports.
• Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.

Qualification and requirements:

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong emphasis on SEO.
• Demonstrable experience managing social media campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram.
• Proficiency in HubSpot is crucial for this role.
• Experience with graphic design software such as Canva, Photoshop, and InDesign for content creation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and communicate directly with our team.
• A portfolio showcasing previous digital marketing and SEO successes is a plus.

• Operate efficiently and keep the Manager aware of any significant issues
• Put forward quantified suggestions for the development and improvement of systems
• Exemplify a high level of professionalism as the 'voice' and 'face' of the company

Non-negotiable skills & requirements:

• Proven experience as an SEO Specialist with a strong emphasis on organic search optimization.
• Demonstrable experience using Google Ads and optimizing for Google's AI-generated search results.
• Proficiency in HubSpot or similar marketing automation tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on achieving measurable results.
