We are seeking a skilled SEO Project Manager and SEO Content with experience in project management and content writing to join our SEO team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SEO best practices, experience writing in different tones and styles, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach to both content development and project oversight.

Job Responsibilities:

Project Management
 

• Own SEO project management from start to finish by translating strategy into clear tasks and timelines to ensure timely, aligned delivery

• Manage and prioritize SEO content pipelines, working cross-functionally with agencies, design, development, and marketing teams

• Facilitate regular project status meetings, maintain progress documentation, and provide stakeholders with timely updates

• Identify roadblocks, propose solutions, and escalate issues as necessary to ensure project success

• Maintain and improve workflows using project management tools such as , JIRA, or Asana

Content Creation

• Research and write high-quality, SEO-optimized content, including blog posts, landing pages, meta descriptions, and link building

• Optimize key content types such as landing pages and product descriptions for maximum SEO impact

• Implement on-page SEO elements such as title tags, headers, meta descriptions, internal linking, and strategic keyword placement

• Stay informed about SEO and content marketing trends, Google algorithm updates, and best practices

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an SEO content writer and project manager

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple SEO projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

• Hands-on experience with CMS tools for posting and formatting content

• Strong understanding of keyword research, content structure, and both on-page and off-page SEO

• Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Search Console and SEMrush

• Familiarity with AI writing tools and the ability to integrate them thoughtfully into content workflows

• Excellent grammar, attention to detail, and communication skills

• Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability and ownership over results

• Experience working with project tracking and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, , Asana)

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in SEO and content marketing

• Track record of managing cross-functional SEO projects with measurable outcomes

• Comfortable working with basic HTML/in-line styling in customer-facing content

• Understanding of content intent (transactional, informational, commercial, navigational) and how it impacts strategy

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
