Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in San Pedro for a Construction and QS Lead. The Construction and QS Lead will oversee construction projects, manage budgets, and inspect work for compliance with specifications and standards. This role involves coordinating with architects and engineers, conducting site inspections, and utilizing Microsoft Office for project documentation and reporting.

What you'll do

  • Lead pre-bid thorough site inspections to ensure compliance with approved plans, specifications, and industry standards
  • Build
    QTO/BOQ templates
    (busway, trays, LV/MV gear, transformers, UPS/FDAS)
  • Consolidate
    SIRs
    , inclusions/exclusions, and clarifications with Sales/Costing
  • Track KPIs and drive continuous improvement
  • Maintain accurate documentation of inspections, assessments, and approvals
  • Investigate complaints, defects, and construction or design issues, providing expert recommendations for resolution
  • Interpret and implement technical designs effectively to achieve project goals
  • Collaborate with contractors, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of electrical works
  • Perform additional duties as required to support project success

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering / Industrial Engineering (PRC a plus)
  • 3-5 years of experience QS/planning/estimating
  • Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety regulations, and construction best practices
  • Strong with drawings, measurements, Excel/Sheets
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management
  • Field-ready, organized, and fast
