Job description

The position holder shall undertake the following functions:

  • Monitoring the project to assure that it is done in full accordance with plans and specifications.
  • Coordinates with Construction Group/Contractors for the review of the work plan submitted and suggests any modification, as necessary.
  • Coordinates with Construction Group/Contractors with the preparation and implementation of construction schedules and delivery of works.
  • Evaluate and certifies the work accomplishment of Construction/Contractor for acceptance by PHRDC according to quality and quantity.
  • Counterchecks and responsible for punch listing of completed units between technical operations group and contractors, as well as buyer's punch listing.
  • Coordinates with Construction Group / Contractors in preparation of monthly project accomplishment report
  • Review Bill of Materials prepared and submitted by Construction
  • Review As-Built Plans prepared and submitted by Construction
  • Performs such other duties and responsibilities analogous, germane or related to and/or implied from the above enumeration of duties and responsibilities.
