OPERATIONAL


• Supervise the inventory team to ensure timely and accurate inventory counts


• Maintain accurate records of all inventory, including raw materials, in-process materials, and

finished goods. Monitor stock levels and reorder as needed to prevent shortages or overstocking.


• Conduct regular physical counts of inventory and reconcile them with system records to ensure

accuracy.


• Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory turnover and reduce waste, spoilage, or

obsolescence.


• Work closely with warehouse personnel (stockman, dispatcher, checker) to ensure inventory is

properly stored, organized, and easily accessible. Ensure the proper handling and storage of

sensitive materials.


• Oversee the process of inventory picking, packing, and shipping to ensure timely delivery of

materials and finished goods to the necessary departments or clients.


• Ensure the quality and integrity of inventory are maintained according to plant standards. Identify

and report any damaged or expired inventory.


• Ensure all inventory is properly labeled, stored, and tracked in the inventory management system


• Identify areas for process improvements and implement solutions to streamline inventory control


• Train and coach inventory associates on best practices and safety protocols


• Oversee the cold storage room to maintain organization and cleanliness


• Perform other duties as assigned by management

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

I. EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE


• College graduate of any business course


• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or

supply chain management, preferably in a manufacturing or dressing plant environment.


• Proficiency in MS Office application, specifically in Excel


• At least 2–3 years of supervisory or team lead experience.

II. FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES


• Expertise in managing inventory through Warehouse Management System (WMS) to

track the movement of materials and finished products. Experience in ERP, SAP and/or

Oracle system is an advantage but not required.


• Solution oriented mindset and has a capacity to multi task.


• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

WORK SCHEDULE

Willing to work in a night schedule or shifting sched.
