- We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to support daily administrative tasks in our construction office. The ideal candidate will assist with document management, communication, scheduling, and basic HR and procurement functions.
 
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle office correspondence, calls, and emails.
 - Maintain and organize records, project files, and employee documents.
 - Assist in payroll processing, timesheets, and attendance tracking.
 - Coordinate with suppliers, track office/site supplies, and process orders.
 - Schedule meetings, site visits, and assist in office management tasks.
 - Support HR functions, including new hire processing and clearances.
 
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or college graduate in any business-related field.
 - Experience in an office or administrative role (construction industry experience is a plus).
 - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
 - Strong organizational and communication skills.
 - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
 
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php17, Php18,000.00 per month
