Overview A "RDU Staff and Data Encoder" is a role that combines data entry with the administrative duties of a Receiving and Dispatching Unit (RDU). Responsibilities include accurately entering, verifying, and organizing data, while also managing the physical and digital flow of documents from receiving to dispatch, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. This position requires strong attention to detail, proficiency in computer applications like MS Office, and the ability to work efficiently in a structured environment. Responsibilities Data entry: Inputting, updating, and maintaining data in company systems, such as customer information, reports, or manufacturing production logs. Data verification and quality control: Checking for accuracy, completeness, and consistency in data. This includes correcting errors, verifying information, and resolving inconsistencies by coordinating with relevant personnel. Document management: Handling physical documents by sorting, filing, and preparing them for entry. This also includes scanning documents into management systems and storing completed files in designated locations. Administrative and RDU duties: Managing the flow of documents in and out of the receiving and dispatching unit, performing administrative tasks, and generating reports as needed. Confidentiality and security: Maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of all information handled according to company policies. Qualifications Accurate keyboard skills and a fast typing speed. Proficiency in computer applications, especially Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel). Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent attention to detail.
