Key Responsibilities:

Driving & Delivery Duties:

  • Operate company vehicles for delivery and pickup of goods, materials, equipment, and personnel.
  • Ensure the safe and proper loading, unloading, and securing of cargo.
  • Verify items against delivery or dispatch documents.
  • Maintain accurate delivery records, including delivery receipts, logbooks, and trip summaries.

Logistics & Warehouse Support:

  • Assist in warehouse operations such as receiving, packing, organizing inventory, and preparing items for dispatch.
  • Support stock control efforts, including inventory counts and item tracking.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in storage areas and vehicles.

Runner / Errand Duties:

  • Handle various administrative and logistical errands, including but not limited to:

  • Making bank deposits and withdrawals (cash, checks, documents).

  • Processing vehicle registrations, insurance renewals, and emissions testing.
  • Coordinating with government agencies for permits, clearances, or official submissions (e.g., business permits, barangay clearances, BIR, LGU).
  • Paying bills to utilities, service providers, or suppliers.
  • Purchasing office and operational supplies as directed.
  • Delivering confidential documents (e.g., contracts, payroll) between branches or departments.
  • Ensure accountabilities for all transactions by securing proper receipts, acknowledgments, and detailed documentation.
  • Safeguard all cash, checks, or sensitive documents in transit.

Vehicle Maintenance & Safety:

  • Conduct daily inspections of assigned vehicles (fuel, brakes, tire pressure, fluids, lights).
  • Report any mechanical issues and coordinate maintenance and repairs as needed.
  • Keep vehicles clean, organized, and in safe operating condition.
  • Drive safely and adhere to all traffic laws and company driving policies.
