Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and issue accurate quotations and cost estimates to clients in a timely manner.
  • Generate, review, and manage billing and invoicing processes in coordination with sales and operations teams.
  • Track and follow up on outstanding invoices and ensure timely collection of receivables.
  • Maintain accurate financial records including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger entries.
  • Perform monthly reconciliations of accounts and assist in financial closing activities.
  • Support the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budget forecasts.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
  • Collaborate with project managers and sales teams to ensure quotations align with pricing structures and client agreements.
  • Assist in developing and improving billing and quotation procedures for greater efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, with a strong focus on billing and quotation preparation.
  • Proficiency in accounting and invoicing software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho Books, etc.).
  • Strong Excel skills and familiarity with formulas, pivot tables, and reporting tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially in client-facing contexts.

Job Type: Full-time
