I. JOB OBJECTIVES

Responsible for supervising the daily operations of Accounting by monitoring, analyzing and reporting financial information.

II. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitors check preparation and release of payment to suppliers.
  • Monitors collection of payment from customer.
  • Review and analyzes APV reports.
  • Ensures that accounts payable and accounts receivable processes are being followed.
  • Reconciles bank statement.
  • Prepares monthly expense and collection reports.
  • Conduct performance review, provide constructive feedback and addresses performance issues.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and company policies.

III. QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must possess at least a Bachelor's/ College Degree in Business Administration, Accountancy, Finance, or its equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in Accounting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft (MS Word, Excel, PPT)
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written, including ability to prepare reports, proposals and procedures.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principals and policies.
  • Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records.
  • Knowledgeable in accounting software.
  • Has a strong leadership and has the capacity to lead and train a team.
  • Highly meticulous and detail oriented.
  • Demonstrates solid problem solving and analytical skills.
