Job description:

The Accounting Supervisor leads and manages the accounting team, ensuring accurate financial reporting and smooth accounting operations. This role involves overseeing daily accounting tasks, reviewing reports, ensuring compliance, and supporting management with financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To ensure that financial transactions are accurate recorded, reported, and comply with relevant regulations.
  • To ensure that the internal controls of the project are in place
  • To provide support to management by implementing systems and policies and by making suggestion for constant improvement.
  • To Ensure compliance to the country's tax laws, as pertinent to the company.

Qualifications (JQ)

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • CPA or CMA is an advantage.

Experience:

  • 5+ years of accounting experience.
  • 2+ years in a supervisory role.

Skills:

  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel, ODOO).
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and tax laws.

Attributes:

  • Good leadership and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
