Lennor Metier Consulting, a DOLE-licensed headhunting and recruitment agency in the Philippines, is proud to partner with a leading engineering company in their search for an Accounting Supervisor to be based in Pasig City. This is an on-site role.

The Role

The Accounting Supervisor will oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting to support the company's engineering projects and operations. This role is key to maintaining compliance, managing costs, and providing insights that help the business make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle month-end/year-end closings, GL updates, and financial schedules.
  • Ensure tax compliance (VAT, withholding tax, statutory contributions).
  • Review and audit payroll, benefits, and final pay computations.
  • Prepare project cost reports and monitor landed costs.
  • Supervise team members and review journal entries.
  • Maintain manual books of accounts and support ISO compliance.

What we're looking for

  • Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
  • 5+ years of accounting experience, with at least 2 in a supervisory role.
  • Knowledge of Philippine tax, payroll, and compliance.
  • Experience in engineering, construction or project-based industries is a plus.
  • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
