We're seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Supervisor preferably within the pharmaceutical industry to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig City.

The Accounting Supervisor will assist in the overseeing the company's general accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial records, compliance with applicable regulations, and timely reporting. This role will supervise accounting staff and coordinate with other departments to maintain smooth financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and monitor day-to-day general accounting activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end closing.
  • Assistant in the preparation and reviewing of financial reports, schedules, and statements.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to address accounting-related queries and resolve discrepancies.
  • Monitor and maintain proper documentation for audits and compliance requirements.
  • Train, guide, and evaluate accounting staff performance.
  • Support the Finance Manager in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in general accounting
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and leadership abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
