Accounting Supervisor

Location: Ortigas, Pasig City

Department: Accounting

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Accounting Supervisor to oversee accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and maintain compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. The role involves managing reports, reconciliations, validations, and supporting automation projects that improve efficiency and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee preparation and finalization of monthly Profit & Loss (P&L), Net Book Value (NBV), and CEO reports.
  • Ensure accuracy of financial reports through system checks and monitoring of sub-department submissions.
  • Validate vouchers and credit memos within 24 hours of submission.
  • Perform interdepartmental reconciliations with high accuracy.
  • Deliver management-requested reports on time.
  • Support SAP automation, system improvements, and compliance initiatives.
  • Participate in projects related to expansion, compliance, and cost efficiency.
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records.

  • Monthly P&L, NBV, and CEO Reports
  • Reconciliation Reports
  • Voucher and Credit Memo Validation Reports
  • Management Reports (as needed)
  • Automation/System Improvement Progress Reports
  • Filing and Documentation Reports

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field.
  • At least 2–5 years of accounting experience, with 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, reconciliations, and internal controls.
  • Proficiency in accounting systems (SAP experience is a plus).
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work under tight deadlines.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
