Human Resources Assistant

We are looking for an HR Assistant with strong expertise in timekeeping, government and company benefits, HR operations, and employee relations to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of payroll-related data, managing government compliance requirements, maintaining HR policies, and fostering a positive employee experience. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and well-versed in Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Timekeeping & Attendance Management:
- Monitor and manage employee attendance, leaves, overtime, and absences.
- Ensure accurate encoding and validation of timekeeping records for payroll processing.
- Coordinate with payroll teams to ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement.
- Address timekeeping-related concerns and discrepancies raised by employees.
Compensation, Government & Company Benefits:
- Administer government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Process employee benefits enrollments, loan applications, and contributions.
- Manage company-provided benefits, including health insurance, allowances, and incentives.
- Act as the point of contact for employee benefits inquiries and concerns.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with company policies, HR procedures, and labor laws.
- Maintain accurate and updated employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
- Assist in audits, reports, and government compliance submissions.
- Recommend improvements to HR policies and operational workflows for efficiency.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, BSBA, HR Management or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience specializing in timekeeping, benefits administration, HR operations, and employee relations.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws, payroll processes, and government-mandated benefits.
- Proficiency in HRIS, payroll software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Strong communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php16, Php17,000.00 per month
