About the role

As a Human Resources Assistant at Pendragon Animal Health Group Inc.', you will play a vital role in supporting the HR team in fulfilling their responsibilities and ensuring the smooth running of the HR function. This is a full-time position based in our Quezon City, Metro Manila office.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing administrative support to the HR team by managing employee records, processing HR paperwork, and maintaining HR databases
  • Assisting with the coordination and organization of HR-related events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities
  • Serving as the first point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits
  • Participating in the recruitment and onboarding process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and preparing new hire documentation
  • Providing support in the implementation of HR initiatives and projects, such as performance management and employee recognition programmes
  • Maintaining strict confidentiality of sensitive employee information and adhering to HR best practices and compliance requirements

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative or HR support role, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
  • Proficiency in Google Drive (Google sheets and Google Docs) and experience with HR information systems
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy in record-keeping and data management
  • A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn and grow
