Job Summary:

Under the supervision of the Operations Director, the Human Resources Clerk is responsible for providing a range of HR operational support and services which help meet the business needs of employees and the management. This covers from Talent Acquisition up to Offboarding including tasks such as recording, documenting, monitoring and reporting. In addition, the Human Resources Clerk will be involved in a range of HR related projects which support the development and implementation of new HR initiatives.

Scope of Role:

  • Process applicant's flow logs including requirements submission and compliance.
  • Schedule job interview and assist in interview process up to hiring process.
  • Monitor employee attendance records.

· Document and maintain employee records of infraction.

  • Prepare and release scheduled performance appraisal.
  • Answer HR-related inquiries and requests promptly and accurately.
  • Maintain employee files manually and electronically, including archiving.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
  • Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of employee and human resource files and records.
  • Prepare reports and compose correspondence relative to work.
  • Assist with the planning and execution of special events such as meetings/virtual meetings, online events and programs
  • Observe company policies and personal hygiene.

Competencies and Skills:

  • Familiarity with HR systems/processes (plus factor).
  • Ability to understand even finance and operations.
  • Self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Resourceful, able to plan and organize workflow.
  • Good in decision-making.
  • Ability to work independently, be keen to detail and work under pressure.
  • Computer literate (MS Office) with a high degree of proficiency and productivity.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of all medical, financial and legal information.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • A people person with good interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with a variety of professionals.
  • Excellent written English, with good command skills.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must be a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Development Management, or relevant course with or without experience in Human Resources field
  • Amenable to work in Quezon City
  • Willing to undergo medical clearance
  • Can start ASAP
