JOB LOCATION: FLB Corporate Center, Cebu Business Park, Cebu City

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Inventory & Stock Management

  • Monitor daily inventory levels of skincare products, injectables, consumables (gloves, syringes, cotton pads), and clinic supplies.
  • Maintain and update inventory logs and stocks accurately.
  • Assist in regular stocktaking and physical inventory audits; reconcile discrepancies with purchase and usage records.
  • Coordinate proper labeling, storage, and organization of products according to expiration dates and usage priority (FEFO/ FIFO).

2. Procurement & Supplier Coordination

  • Coordinate with suppliers of dermatological products, cosmetic brands, and clinical consumables to track orders and confirm delivery schedules.
  • Prepare and follow up on purchase requests, quotations, and supplier invoices.
  • Build and maintain a contact database of vendors and ensure all procurement records are updated.
  • Liaise with local distributors and international brands for order timelines, pricing, and promotional product availability.

3. Logistics & Deliveries

  • Schedule and monitor deliveries of products from suppliers to clinic or branch locations.
  • Ensure correct quantities and product types are received; report any discrepancies or damaged goods to the supplier.
  • Assist in coordinating inter-branch product transfers and emergency stock
  • Maintain organized and secure filing systems for delivery receipts, stock records, supplier contracts, and regulatory documents (FDA certifications, MSDS sheets).
  • Prepare monthly inventory reports for management review, including stock usage trends, wastage, and reordering needs.
  • Schedule and support logistics-related meetings, product demo arrangements, or training events with suppliers or brand representatives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree;
  • At least 3 to 5 years up experience in Logistics, Inventory and related experience
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (google sheet, excel, etc)
  • Excellent communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Efficiency in a fast paced environment
  • With Initiative and reliable

  • Commitment to accuracy
  • Team player and goal oriented
  • Work schedule is Monday to Friday with work hours at 9am to 6pm.
  • Can report ASAP

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
