Is currently looking for:Export Routing Order Specialist – Germany Trade

We are looking for an Export Routing Order Specialist to manage end-to-end routing order (RO) shipments for the Germany trade lane. This role requires strong coordination skills, accuracy in documentation, and the ability to work closely with shippers, carriers, and overseas partners to ensure smooth and timely export operations.

Key Responsibilities


• Handle full Export Routing Order (RO) processes for italy-bound shipments.


• Receive and verify routing orders from overseas agents, consignees, or nominated forwarders.


• Coordinate with shippers on cargo readiness, packing details, and documentation requirements.


• Arrange bookings with carriers or co-loaders and verify vessel schedules, ETDs, and transit times.


• Organize trucking pick-up and warehouse receiving for EXW and LCL shipments.


• Prepare and validate all export documentation including HBL/MBL, invoices, packing lists, and export declarations.


• File accurate shipping instructions and ensure all details align with RO requirements.


• Monitor cargo cut-off, consolidation, and vessel departure.


• Send complete pre-alert documentation to the Germany office, including HBL, MBL, CI/PL, and CFS tallies.


• Provide shipment updates and support Germany counterparts with post-departure clarifications.


• Ensure all charges are billed correctly and shipments are properly filed in the system.


• Contribute to process improvements for efficiency and data accuracy.

Qualifications


• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.


• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in export operations, routing orders, or freight forwarding.


• Strong knowledge of export documentation and carrier requirements.


• Familiarity with Germany/Europe shipments is an advantage.


• Detail-oriented with strong coordination and problem-solving skills.


• Ability to manage multiple shipments with tight deadlines.


• Strong communication skills and experience working with international partners.


• Proficiency in logistics systems or freight software is preferred.
