Is currently looking for:

SEA LOGISTICS SPECIALIST (SINGAPORE ACCOUNT) - EXPORT OPERATION

We are looking for an LCL Export Operations Specialist with a strong logistics background to manage consolidation shipments, coordinate with global partners, and ensure smooth end-to-end export processes. This role requires accuracy, strong coordination skills, and the ability to handle multiple time-sensitive shipments.

Key Responsibilities


• Handle full LCL export operations from booking to cargo departure.


• Coordinate with co-loaders, carriers, trucking partners, warehouses, and international agents.


• Prepare and process export documentation, including HBL/MBL, invoices, packing lists, and shipping instructions.


• Monitor cargo cut-off times, sailing schedules, and equipment availability.


• Ensure accurate filing of SI, AMS, and other export-related declarations.


• Verify freight charges, coordinate billing instructions, and ensure timely invoicing.


• Communicate shipment updates to customers and internal teams.


• Resolve documentation issues, schedule conflicts, and operational discrepancies.


• Maintain organized shipment records and update internal systems with accurate data.


• Support continuous process improvements to strengthen the LCL export workflow.

Qualifications


• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.


• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in LCL or export freight forwarding operations.


• Strong knowledge of export documentation, co-loader processes, and international logistics.


• Ability to coordinate with carriers, warehouses, and overseas agents effectively.


• Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple shipments under tight deadlines.


• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.


• Proficiency in logistics systems or freight software is an advantage.
