Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects
  • Measure and value construction work completed, including variations and re-measurements
  • Negotiate and manage subcontractor and supplier contracts
  • Provide regular cost reports and forecasts to project managers and clients
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to optimize project budgets
  • Ensure compliance with relevant construction industry regulations and standards
  • Support the project team with commercial and contractual matters

What We're Looking For

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
  • Advance knowledge in MEPF and ARCHI works.
  • Can handle multiple projects.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry
  • Strong understanding of construction contracts, cost management, and project controls
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data
  • Proficient in the use of quantity surveying software and MS Office suite
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive and solution-focused approach
  • Amenable to be mainly located at: Kaligayahan, Quezon City.
