As our Legal and Compliance Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding our firm's regulatory standing, ensuring legal compliance, and supporting management in building a transparent, ethical, and well-governed workplace.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of law, operations, and organizational governance — balancing structure with strategic insight.


What You'll Do

Regulatory & Legal Compliance

  • Supervise and ensure timely renewal and compliance of all business permits and registrations (Barangay, Mayor's Permit, BIR, SEC, DOLE, and other regulatory bodies).
  • Prepare, review, and maintain corporate and legal documents in accordance with government requirements.
  • Oversee the submission and tracking of corporate reports and filings (e.g., General Information Sheet, SEC submissions, compliance certificates).
  • Liaise and coordinate with government agencies, law offices, and LGUs for all legal and compliance-related transactions.
  • Monitor regulatory updates, circulars, and advisories to ensure company policies align with current standards and requirements.

Supervisory & Administrative Functions

  • Lead and mentor compliance and administrative staff, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to company policies.
  • Establish and implement compliance monitoring systems, documentation protocols, and standard operating procedures.
  • Collaborate with management to develop, review, and enforce company-wide legal and compliance strategies.

Governance & Ethical Standards

  • Promote a culture of integrity, accountability, and ethical behavior across all departments.
  • Support management in reinforcing internal controls, transparency, and corporate governance practices.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on compliance-related issues, ensuring proactive resolution and alignment with legal best practices.

What You'll Bring
  • Must have completed Juris Doctor.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in corporate or regulatory compliance, ideally within a consulting or professional services setting.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine business laws and regulations (SEC, DOLE, BIR, LGU, and related agencies).
  • Excellent organizational, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Leadership mindset — proactive, composed under pressure, and able to handle sensitive matters with professionalism and discretion.
