The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing and quality assurance processes and will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our software products through rigorous testing and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases based on product requirements and specifications
  • Perform manual and automated testing to identify bugs, issues, and improvements in software applications.
  • Collaborate with development teams to understand system requirements and provide feedback on potential quality issues.
  • Document and report defects and issues in a clear and concise manner and track them through to resolution.
  • Assist in the continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies.
  • Ensure that all quality assurance standards are met and maintained throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Maintain and enhance automated test scripts and frameworks as necessary.
  • Provide training and support to junior QA staff as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
  • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, RAFT, Cypress, or any browser-based testing frameworks).
  • Knowledge of database management, Relational (Oracle) and NOSQL (Mongo or Document DB) databases.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or similar.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Agile software development methodologies.
  • Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) processes.
  • Experience in performance and security testing.
