Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in business, marketing, communications, etc.
  • 5+ years experience in bid/proposal roles
  • Strong presentation and coordination skills
  • Knowledge of RFP tools like Loopio, Qvidian, etc.
  • Collaborative across teams and time zones
  • Excellent project and time management
  • Skilled in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Adobe InDesign a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Developing project plans, tracking deadlines, and coordinating proposal activities to ensure timely submissions.
  • Content Development: Creating proposal shells, templates, and content, including writing, editing, and formatting materials.
  • Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensuring proposals are consistent, compliant with client requirements, and adhere to brand standards.
  • Content Management: Maintaining a library of proposal-related materials (content, presentations, case studies, etc.) and managing version control of master documents.
