Position Title: Events Sales Associate

Department: Events

Reports To: Events Manager

Position Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic, well-spoken, and results-driven Events Sales Associate to support our Events Manager. The main responsibility of this role is to proactively reach out to companies and potential clients to generate leads for private and corporate events. This role focuses on outbound sales and initial client engagement, with qualified leads passed on to the Events Manager for proposals and closing.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively identify and contact companies, organizations, and potential clients to promote our venue for events (corporate functions, brand launches, team dinners, holiday parties).

Use a variety of outreach channels including phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and in-person networking (if applicable).

Maintain and manage a leads database to track outreach, follow-ups, and opportunities.

Understand the venue's unique event offerings, brand identity, and selling points to effectively communicate with prospects.

Set appointments or coordinate introductory calls between potential clients and the Events Manager.

Report weekly progress and lead generation metrics.

Provide feedback on outreach strategies and share client insights.

Requirements:

Experience in B2B sales, business development, hospitality, or event sales preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills – confident in speaking with decision-makers.

Fluent in English (Filipino or other languages a plus).

Self-motivated, independent, and highly organized.

Familiarity with CRM tools, email marketing platforms, or sales tracking tools is an advantage.

Knowledge of the hospitality or F&B industry is a strong plus.
