Job Description:

Arthaland is seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Design Associate Manager to support the planning, development, and implementation of architectural and design solutions for our sustainable real estate projects. This role requires a licensed architect with strong experience in conceptualizing and executing innovative, practical, and environmentally conscious design strategies.

  • Develop architectural concepts and design studies aligned with Arthaland's sustainability standards and branding.
  • Prepare, review, and refine design proposals, space plans, and technical drawings for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Project Development, Engineering, Marketing, etc.) and external consultants to ensure design consistency and project alignment.
  • Evaluate and review project design proposals, materials, and finishes, ensuring compliance with local codes and Arthaland's design intent.
  • Participate in site inspections and provide design input during different phases of project development.
  • Stay updated with the latest architectural trends, technologies, and sustainable design practices relevant to the real estate industry.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Architect with a degree in Architecture.
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in architectural design
  • Preferably with experience in the real estate industry.
  • Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and other visualization tools.
  • Strong design sensibility, technical knowledge, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
