Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide customer assistance through inbound calls, addressing technical, product, and service-related concerns
  • Troubleshoot issues related to domains, DNS, productivity tools, and general system navigation
  • Deliver outstanding customer experience while meeting performance and quality goals
  • Identify customer needs and offer suitable products and services to drive sales
  • Handle inquiries with professionalism, accuracy, and a customer-first approach
  • Collaborate with team members to continuously improve processes and service quality

Qualifications
  • At least 1 year BPO experience
  • Combination of 6 months technical support and 6 months sales experience
  • Knowledgeable in Domains & DNS, basic O365 troubleshooting, and general technical navigation
  • (For some roles) Background in web hosting and strong sales experience is a plus
  • Senior High School graduate or College level
  • Willing to work onsite in Shaw Blvd, Mandaluyong City
  • Comfortable with shifting schedules
