Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Support Representative (Web Hosting Account) located in Mandaluyong. The Technical Support Representative will handle a variety of daily tasks including troubleshooting technical issues, providing professional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and addressing inquiries related to web hosting products and services. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and delivering timely, effective assistance to customers.

Qualifications

  • Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction: Proven ability to address customer inquiries and ensure a positive experience.
  • Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Strong skills in identifying and resolving technical issues, particularly in the context of web hosting accounts.
  • Analytical Skills: Demonstrated ability to gather and assess information to solve problems efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience in customer or technical support is a plus.
  • Familiarity with web hosting platforms and related technologies is advantageous.
