Hybrid Setup

Note: Permanent Night Shift

Compensation : ₱32,000–₱38,000/month (depending on qualifications)

Schedule : 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM MST (10:00 PM – 8:00 AM PH Time)

ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for Client Support Representatives who excel in customer service and can professionally handle interactions with our US-based clients. You'll be answering calls, responding to e-mail tickets and resolving inquiries while providing accurate resolution and ensuring that every customer experience ends with satisfaction and trust.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Fluent in English (both spoken and written) with a neutral English accent.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a voice-based customer service role but we're open to strong communicators with excellent conversational English even without prior experience.
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills. Willing to learn complicated procedures.
  • Strong problem-solving ability while having a calm, professional demeanor under pressure.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new tech tools quickly.
  • Must be comfortable working night shift (10 PM – 8 AM PH time).
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace (for hybrid setup).

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email or live chat in a courteous, professional and timely manner.
  • Handle product or service questions and concerns with precision.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to resolve escalated issues.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies and procedures.
  • Consistently meet or exceed customer satisfaction and performance metrics.
