Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent

At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.

- Responsible in the timely and accurate closing of ledgers on a monthly basis

-Supports the staff in managing cash effectively

- Oversee the reconciliation and timely collection of Accounts Receivable and Disbursement

- Ensures that all accounting reports are printed and filed properly

- Approves all petty cash disbursements and performs periodic surprise cash count

- Collection Receipt Book (Collection and AR) entries handling.

- Sales Book handling. Posting all sales invoices/record monthly.

- 2307 Filing of all Client deducted from collection

- PCF monitory and replenishments

- VAT Relief schedule for Submission to Emelde Gregencia monthly and quarterly.

- Book Keeping (Cash Disbursement Book, Cash Receipt Book and Sales Book)
