About the role
This is a full-time Finance Staff position with OMNIS PROSPERITY GROUP, located in Makati City Metro Manila. As a Finance Staff, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive financial and accounting support to the organisation, contributing to its overall financial management and growth.
What you'll be doing
- Perform general accounting and bookkeeping duties, including maintaining financial records, processing invoices, and reconciling accounts
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and other financial reports
- Support the implementation of financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and systems
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in financial software, spreadsheets, and data analysis tools
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
