IT Staff

An IT staff member is responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems within an organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Support: Provide assistance to users experiencing hardware and software issues, acting as the first point of contact for problem resolution.
• System Maintenance: Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and software applications to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to computer systems, networks, and applications, both remotely and on-site.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of support requests, solutions provided, and system configurations to ensure effective communication and knowledge sharing.
• User Training: Educate staff on new technologies, software applications, and best practices to enhance productivity and system usage.
• Network Management: Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls, to ensure seamless connectivity and security.
• Hardware Management: Replace or repair faulty components, such as hard drives and RAM, and assist in the procurement of new hardware and software as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking principles, including experience with Microsoft Windows and Office 365 environments.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with users at all levels of the organization.
• Customer Service Orientation: Ability to provide high-quality support and build positive relationships with users and colleagues.
• Experience: Typically requires 1-3 years of experience in IT support or a related field.

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
