Job Description:

  • Lead and manage Logistics Kaizen initiatives, focusing on process and cost improvements.
  • Coordinate Logistics 1QDC new model activities to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Support inventory management and other logistics activities as needed.
  • Analyze and propose improvements that enhance overall logistics processes.
  • Ensure the accuracy of invoices received from 3PL providers and promptly resolve any billing-related issues.
  • Receive, sort, and process invoices for payments to third-party logistics providers.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Previous experience in logistics or supply chain roles is preferred.
  • With at least 2 years of work experience in Logistics Operation
  • Proficient in using Microsoft applications specifically Excel
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Willing to be assigned in LIMA Malvar Batangas
