Job description:

. Import and Export Coordination:

-Coordinate the shipment of goods between international suppliers anddomestic buyers.

-Manage the logistics of importing raw materials or finished products andexporting goods to international markets.

1. Regulatory Compliance:

-Stay updated on import-export laws and regulations.

-Ensure all import and export documentation is complete and accurate.

• Obtain necessary licenses or permits for international shipments.

• Documentation:

-Prepare and maintain shipping documents, including invoices, bills of lading,and export declarations.

-Create and manage customs documentation to facilitate smooth clearance ofgoods.

1. Communication and coordination:

-Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping companies, customs brokers andthird-party service providers.

1. Logistics Support:

-Arrange transportation and shipping methods based on cost, urgency and type of goods.

-Coordinate with warehouses for storage and distribution of imported or exported goods.

1. Inventory Management:

Monitor inventory levels to ensure sufficient stock for production or sales.

1. Cost Management

-Optimize import and export costs by negotiating with suppliers, freight forwarders and carriers.

1. Risk Assessment and Mitigation:

-Identify potential risks in import-export operations, such as delays, damages, or regulatory issues

1. Data analysis and Reporting:

-Analyze import-export data in identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement

-Prepare reports on key performance indicators such as shipping times, costs and inventory levels.

JOB SPECIFICATION:

-BS Custom Administration Graduate or any 2 or 4 years course with experience

- Knowledgeable to PEZA and BOC rules

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php17,000.00 per month
