SALARY: 50k - 60k

JOB DESCRIPTION:
RESPONSIBLE FOR OVERSEEING THE ENTIRE MANUFACTURING PROCESS OF ANIMAL FEED, ENSURING THAT PRODUCTION TARGETS ARE MET EFFICIENTLY, SAFELY, AND IN COMPLIANCE WITH QUALITY STANDARDS AND REGULATIONS.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• PRODUCTION PLANNING AND EXECUTION
o DEVELOP AND IMPLEMENT DAILY, WEEKLY, AND MONTHLY PRODUCTION PLANS BASED ON DEMAND FORECASTS.
o MONITOR AND CONTROL PRODUCTION PROCESSES TO MEET OUTPUT TARGETS.
o ADJUST SCHEDULES AND PRIORITIES TO ACCOMMODATE RAW MATERIAL AVAILABILITY AND EQUIPMENT CONSTRAINTS.
o ENSURE EFFICIENT USE OF RAW MATERIALS AND MINIMIZE WASTAGE.
o IMPLEMENT CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT STRATEGIES (E.G., 5S, LEAN MANUFACTURING).

• QUALITY CONTROL
o COORDINATE WITH THE QUALITY ASSURANCE DEPARTMENT TO MAINTAIN FEED QUALITY AND SAFETY STANDARDS.
o ENSURE COMPLIANCE WITH LOCAL REGULATIONS SUCH AS BUREAU OF ANIMAL INDUSTRY (BAI) AND FDA FEED MANUFACTURING STANDARDS.

• PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT
o SUPERVISE AND TRAIN MILL OPERATORS, TECHNICIANS, AND OTHER PRODUCTION STAFF.
o EVALUATE TEAM PERFORMANCE AND PROMOTE A CULTURE OF SAFETY AND ACCOUNTABILITY.

• HEALTH, SAFETY, AND ENVIRONMENTAL COMPLIANCE
o ENFORCE WORKPLACE SAFETY PROTOCOLS (ALIGNED WITH DOLE-OSHC AND OTHER LOCAL STANDARDS).
o ENSURE PROPER HANDLING, STORAGE, AND DISPOSAL OF RAW MATERIALS AND WASTE PRODUCTS.

• MAINTENANCE COORDINATION
o WORK CLOSELY WITH THE MAINTENANCE TEAM TO SCHEDULE PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE AND ADDRESS EQUIPMENT BREAKDOWNS PROMPTLY.

• REPORTING AND DOCUMENTATION
o PREPARE AND SUBMIT PRODUCTION REPORTS, KPI DASHBOARDS, AND INCIDENT REPORTS.
o MAINTAIN UPDATED SOPS AND PRODUCTION LOGS.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• BACHELOR’S DEGREE IN ELECTRICAL, MECHANICAL ENGINEERING, OR RELATED FIELDS.
• AT LEAST 3–5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN A SUPERVISORY OR MANAGERIAL ROLE IN A FEED MILL OR RELATED MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY.
• PRC LICENSE
