KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Monitors warehousing, transfer and delivery process requirements and make countermeasures to reduce NG, if necessary;
  • Communicates with 3PL for any NG Issues and creates countermeasure to minimize occurrence.
  • Responsible for checking Genba and Quality work process flow and revise document if needed.
  • Assists Strategy team for Improvement projects.
  • Gathers data of day-to-day NG occurrence and reports to immediate superior.
  • Participates in monthly, weekly, daily logistics meeting and raise concerns that brought abnormalities in the line operation.
  • Coordinates HR trainings (e.g refresher courses, certifications, new model orientation) for both 3PLs and YMPH Logistics members.
  • Ensures safety and 5S compliance on all Warehouse TC.
  • Performs other related duties that may be assigned from time to time by his/her immediate superior.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of any Engineering courses preferably Mechanical and Industrial Engineering courses.
  • With knowledge in quality and Motorcyle parts.
  • Open to fresh graduates; with related experience of 1-2 years in a Manufacturing set-up;
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, PPT and other MS Applications.
  • Knowledge and background data analytics / in project management.
