Job Title: Accounting Staff (Active Pooling)

Location: South Caloocan City

Schedule: Monday to Saturday

Job Description:

We are actively pooling candidates for the Accounting Staff position to join our growing team in the future. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of supporting accounting operations such as financial recording, documentation, and reconciliation. This is a great opportunity for those who want to build a career in accounting and finance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record and organize daily financial transactions accurately.
  • Assist in processing invoices, receipts, and other accounting documents.
  • Support in preparing financial statements, reports, and summaries.
  • Handle data entry and maintain proper filing of accounting records.
  • Reconcile company accounts and verify supporting documents.
  • Assist with payroll, reimbursements, and other finance-related tasks.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and other departments regarding billing and payments.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or any related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and MS Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
  • Able to work efficiently under minimal supervision.
  • Willing to work on-site at South Caloocan City.
