Job Title: Accounting Staff / Bookkeeper

Location: South Caloocan City

Job Summary:

The Accounting Staff / Bookkeeper is responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in recording, and maintaining organized financial records. This role supports the Accounting Department in preparing reports, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with company and government requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record and update financial transactions such as invoices, receipts, and payments.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date ledgers, journals, and accounting records.
  • Prepare and reconcile bank statements and other financial reports.
  • Monitor accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely processing.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Handle filing and organization of accounting documents.
  • Support in BIR compliance and other government-related financial reporting.
  • Coordinate with other departments regarding financial transactions and budget monitoring.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • Preferably with 6 months to 1 year of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar).
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.
  • Good organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential financial information responsibly.
  • Willing to work on-site at South Caloocan City.
  • Can start immediately.
