You'll be joining as their very first dedicated sales team member, giving you the unique opportunity to build and shape the entire sales function from the ground up while working directly with company leadership.
This is a ground-floor opportunity to become the founding sales team member at a growing technology integration company. You'll play a pivotal role in expanding the client base beyond referrals into proactive business development, focusing on the thriving B2B SaaS ecosystem. Working with significant autonomy while receiving strategic guidance from leadership, you'll identify and qualify high-value prospects who need integration services to close their own enterprise deals. This role is perfect for an experienced sales professional who thrives in collaborative, growth-oriented environments and wants to make a direct impact on company expansion while building something meaningful from scratch.
- Research and identify promising B2B SaaS platforms that could benefit from integration services to close enterprise deals
- Locate and connect with key decision-makers at target SaaS companies through strategic outreach
- Conduct compelling outreach campaigns and secure meetings with qualified prospects
- Qualify opportunities by understanding client integration needs, technical requirements, and business objectives
- Present initial value propositions and assess fit for the company's integration services
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and refine sales strategies and messaging
- Pass qualified, high-potential opportunities to senior leadership for deal closure
- Work autonomously while maintaining close collaboration with company leadership for guidance and strategic direction
- Several years of proven sales experience, with strong preference for technology sector background
- Deep understanding of B2B SaaS platforms, ecosystems, and business models
- Experience with CRM systems, sales tools, and modern sales methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative in building new sales processes
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills
- Strong grasp of software integrations, technical concepts, and how they solve business problems
- Proven track record of successful prospecting, lead qualification, and pipeline development
- Self-motivated professional who thrives in startup-like environments with growth potential
- Comfortable being the first sales hire and building processes from the ground up
