About the role

This is a full-time Instrumentation role with Southern Arms Corporation', an industry-leading manufacturer of advanced weapons systems. Based in Cagayan de Oro, Misamis Oriental, you will be responsible for the installation, calibration, and maintenance of the sophisticated instrumentation and control systems that are vital to the company's operations.

What you'll be doing

  1. Install, configure, and test a wide range of instrumentation including sensors, transmitters, and control valves
  2. Perform regular calibration and preventive maintenance on instrumentation and control systems
  3. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with instrumentation and control systems, and implement corrective actions
  4. Provide technical support and guidance to production teams on the operation of instrumentation and control systems
  5. Participate in the development and implementation of new instrumentation and control technologies
  6. Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with relevant safety and quality standards

What we're looking for

  1. Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a relevant technical discipline
  2. Minimum 3 years' experience in an instrumentation or process control role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  3. Strong practical knowledge of instrumentation and control system design, installation, and maintenance
  4. Proficient in using diagnostic and calibration equipment
  5. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  7. Good communication and documentation skills
