Job Summary

We are looking for a licensed Geodetic Engineer in our Claveria Project to support our construction project on a short-term basis (approximately 3 months). The role will involve conducting surveys, verifying site measurements, and preparing the necessary survey reports and documents for the project. Candidates open to on-call or flexible arrangements are also welcome to apply, with terms to be discussed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct land and construction surveys, including boundary, topographic, and as-built surveys.
  • Establish and verify survey control points and site benchmarks. Operate survey instruments (Total Station, GPS, Drone, Leveling Instruments).
  • Process and interpret survey data to produce accurate drawings, maps, and reports.
  • Provide survey support to engineers and site teams during project execution.
  • Ensure survey work complies with project requirements and government regulations.
  • Submit survey results and documentation as required for permits, clearances, or certifications.

Qualifications

  • Licensed Geodetic Engineer (required).
  • Preferably with experience in land dev related projects
  • Proficient in using survey equipment and related software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS, or similar).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Willing to work on a short-term contract (approx. 3 months).
  • Open to on-call arrangements (negotiable).

Contract Terms

  • Duration: Approximately 3 months (Until December) (with possible extension depending on project needs).
  • Work Schedule if PROJECT-BASED CONTRACT: 7:00 am-4:00 pm, Mondays-Saturdays (open for stay in on site)
  • Compensation: Competitive daily/on-call rate (to be discussed).

Job Type: Fixed term

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
