Job Summary:

Provides support in recruitment projects and processes by handling administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, maintaining records, and assisting in candidate engagement to ensure smooth and efficient hiring operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in posting job advertisements across various platforms.
  • Support in sourcing and screening resumes based on job requirements.
  • Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain applicant tracking records and ensure accuracy of recruitment data.
  • Prepare recruitment-related reports, trackers, and documentation.
  • Support onboarding activities, including preparation of pre-employment requirements.
  • Ensure timely communication with applicants and provide a positive candidate experience.
  • Assist HR team in implementing recruitment campaigns and process improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
  • Experience in HR or recruitment support is an advantage but not required (fresh graduates may apply).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with online recruitment tools.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
