Job Summary:

The Benefits Associate (Maternity Reliever) provides temporary support in the administration of employee benefits during the maternity leave period of the regular staff. The role ensures accurate processing of benefits, timely coordination with government agencies and vendors, and assistance to employees with their benefits-related concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the administration of employee benefits such as health insurance, government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), and company-provided perks.
  • Process and monitor employee benefit claims, reimbursements, and enrollments.
  • Coordinate with external providers, government agencies, and internal departments regarding benefits-related transactions.
  • Maintain and update employee records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Address employee inquiries on benefits, policies, and procedures in a timely manner.
  • Prepare simple reports and documentation related to benefits administration.
  • Support HR team in other administrative and clerical tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • Experience in HR or benefits administration is an advantage, but open to fresh graduates.
  • Knowledge of government-mandated benefits processes (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) is preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
