Work Setup: Onsite onboarding for 1-2 days, followed by a transition to a remote setup.

Work Schedule: Night Shift (Following U.S. Central Time Zone)

Location: Eastwood, Libis, Quezon City

Salary Package: 40,000 to 50,000 PHP/Monthly

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expense Management: Track receipts, categorize expenses, and maintain up-to-date expense reports.
  • Invoicing: Generate and send client invoices, track status, and confirm payment terms.
  • Accounts Receivable: Follow up on outstanding invoices and coordinate with clients on payment updates.
  • Form Completion: Fill out standard financial and administrative forms with speed and accuracy.
  • Email Support: Respond to routine finance-related inquiries; escalate as needed.
  • Document Preparation: Format reports, statements, and summaries as requested.
  • Data Entry: Maintain updated records in finance systems and spreadsheets.
  • Calendar Reminders: Set reminders for payment due dates, invoice cycles, and reporting deadlines.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 4+ years of virtual assistant role
  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Experience using accounting or invoicing platforms (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho Books).
  • Familiarity with communication tools like Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Slack.
  • Comfortable using project/task management tools (e.g., , Trello, Asana).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Confidentiality and discretion when handling financial information.
  • Proactive, reliable, and responsive (adheres to Intelassist's responsiveness standards).
